Application and Development of the Composite Material Body in Dongfeng Coupe

对东风轿跑车复合材料车身的结构设计、原材料选择、成型工艺、产品性能进行论述分析,并与金属车身进行了比较,介绍了复合材料在汽车产品上的开发应用,东风轿跑车通过了国家汽车行业规定的64项(含子项)强制检验和实车正面、侧面、后部碰撞试验,全部符合要求。

The structure design, raw material choice, molding process and product performance of the composite material body in Dongfeng coupe were analyzed and discussed, then compared it with the metallic body, and the application ＆ development of composite material on the vehicle products introduced. The 64-types test of compulsory inspection have been passed by the Dongfeng Coupe, and front, side and back collision experiment from the national vehicle business agreement are all met with requirement.
