摘要
顶岗实习是高职软件技术专业培养学生创新能力、实践能力的一个重要阶段。针对高职学生顶岗实习过程中出现实习质量难以监控和评价的问题,结合软件专业的特点,顶岗实习可采取以IT企业、培训机构为主导和学生自主安排实习任务等多元管理模式。在构建顶岗实习评价指标体系时,要充分考虑学生特点,以顶岗实习的多种管理模式为基础,用层次分析法将评价标准进行量化,科学地确定权重系数。
Post practice training is an important stage in developing students' ability of innovation and practice for software technology specialty of higher vocational education.Diversified management modes can be adopted in the process of post practice training to solve the difficulty of monitoring and evaluating the practice quality of students.The modes may be taking IT enterprise or training organization as the leading role and may be a combination between post authentication and Software achievements appraisal.It is essential to consider fully students' characteristics,to quantize the evaluation standard with the analytic hierarchy process and to scientifically determine the weight coefficient based on diversified management modes of post practice training.
