《针灸学》见习教学改革的临床实践

Clinical Practice on Teaching Reform of Scienceof Acupuncture and Moxibustion

非针灸专业本科《针灸学》课程存在课时少、内容多、学生操作时间短等不足,而医师执业技能考试中大大增加了针灸内容的比例。为提高学生临床技能,采用调整见习时间、小班化教学、开展多元化见习考核等方法进行见习教学改革。问卷调查与学生实习表现均显示见习教学改革取得了较好的结果。

The proportion of acupuncture test has increased greatly in medical licensing examination.There are shortcomings of acupuncture course,which includes： plenty of teaching contents,relatively less classes and less time for students to practice.This paper suggests to reform the situation by improving the students＇ clinical ability,regulating time of clinical practice,mini-class teaching and multiplicate tests.The questionnaire and clinical practice show that the teaching reform has achieved good results.
