益气养阴方治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation of "Yiqi Yangyin Recipe" in Treating Type 2 DiabetesMellitus of Qi-yin Deficiency Syndrome

目的:探讨中药复方益气养阴方(YQYYF)治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者的疗效及其可能的作用机制。方法:将60例2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组给予糖尿病常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用益气养阴方,疗程为8周。评价两组患者的中医证候疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h BG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2 h胰岛素(2h FINS)、空腹C肽(C-P)、餐后2 h C肽(2h C-P)、胰岛细胞功能相关指标(HOMA-IR、HOMA-B)及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)等的变化。结果:治疗组患者的中医证候明显改善,而对照组患者无显著改善。治疗后,治疗组患者的FBG2、h BG较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),C-P2、h C-P较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),HOMA-IR较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的FBG、2h BG水平及HOMA-IR较对照组亦明显降低(P<0.05),C-P2、h C-P水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴方可以改善气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者的症状,降低其血糖水平,同时改善患者的胰岛素抵抗,其作用机制可能与改善患者体内的氧化应激状态有关。

Objective： To explore the effects of ＂Yiqi Yangyin Recipe＂（YQYYF） on type 2 diabetes mellitus of qi-yin deficiency syndrome and its mechanisms.Methods： Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of qi-yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group（n=30） and control group（n=30）.The control group was treated by conventional diabetes mellitus therapy,and the treatment group was treated by ＂YQYYF＂ based on above therapy,with a course of 8 weeks.The effects of traditional Chinese medical syndrome were evaluated,and the levels of fasting blood glucose（FBG）,2 hours postprandial blood glucose（2h BG）,fasting insulin（FINS）,2 hours postprandial insulin（2h FINS）,fasting C peptide（C-P）,2 hours postprandial C peptide（2h C-P）,indexes of islet cell function（HOMA-IR,HOMA-B）,serum superoxide dismutase（SOD）,and malondialdehyde（MDA） were observed.Results： The traditional Chinese medical syndromes of patients in treatment group were improved significantly,while the syndromes of patients in control group were not improved.After treatment,the levels of FBG,2h BG and HOMA-IR in treatment group obviously decreased（P0.01,P0.05）,and the levels of C-P and 2h C-P remarkably increased（P0.05,P0.01）;meanwhile the levels of FBG,2h BG and HOMA-IR in treatment group obviously decreased（P0.05）,and the levels of C-P and 2h C-P remarkably increased（P0.05） compared with control group.Conclusion： YQYYF can improve the symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of qi-yin deficiency syndrome,decrease the level of blood glucose,and improve the insulin resistance,and the mechanisms may have relationship with improving the oxidative stress status.
