Content distribution of flavones in different kinds of vegetables

蔬菜中含有多种有效成分,其中总黄酮化合物是一大类对人体起到较大药理作用的物质,如护肤美容、抗衰老、抑菌、抗氧化等。迄今为止文献报道出大概50种蔬菜中存在黄酮类成分。总结了其以主要活性成分芹菜素、木犀草素在不同种类蔬菜中的含量分布,为蔬菜的合理利用提供依据。

A variety of active ingredients are in vegetables.Flavonoids is one of the compounds which play a greater pharmacological effect on the human body,such as skin care beauty,anti-aging,antibacterial,antioxidant,etc.So far,in the literature there are about fifty kinds of vegetables which contain flavones was reported.Concent distribution of the main active ingredients apigenin,luteolin in different types of vegetables are summarized,and that provides a basis for the rational use of vegetables.
