摘要
研究开发了一种可以用于实时采集动车组牵引传动单元各关键部件电气、温度、通风等参数的测试系统。对该测试系统的硬件结构、基本工作原理、主要功能及软件设计等进行了介绍。运用该测试系统能全面评估高速动车组牵引传动部件冷却系统工作情况、牵引传动关键部件的各参数时间历程特征及通风散热情况,为高速动车组的安全运行提供科学的技术保障。
Testing system was studied and developed which could be used for real-time collection of parameters including electric,temperature,and ventilation of each critical component on EMUs tracking drive unit.Hardware structure,basic operating principle,main functions and software design etc were introduced.With the testing system,comprehensive evaluation of cooling system working situation on high-speed EMUs tracking drive unit and time course characteristics and ventilation situation of each parameter on tracking drive critical component could be taken,which provided scientific and technical support to safe operation of high-speed EMUs.
