摘要
以新加坡牵引蓄电池充电机为分析对象,运用DFMECA设计方法,成功识别出充电机设计中高风险的失效模式及来源,提出预防解决措施,有效规避后期问题的发生,同时对后续DFMECA方法的推广应用提出思路与建议。
Based on analysis of Singapore traction battery charger development,the high-risk failure source and mode of charger design were indentified successfully by DFMECA design method,and the preventive and settled measures to effectively avoid later problems were presented.Meanwhile,the ideas and suggestions for DFMECA extending application were put forward.
