摘要
采用ABAQUS软件模拟计算了花键连接抗侧滚扭杆的受力情况。计算结果与试验结果对比表明此方法正确可靠。采用子模型的方法进一步得到花键的局部应力分布,结果表明简化整体模型的接触关系可以降低仿真分析的计算花费,提高分析效率,且子模型方法解决了网格数量太大、计算时间长以及收敛性差的问题。计算结果可为疲劳分析提供有力支持,并为扭杆系统疲劳失效模式提取提供一定帮助。
A spline-connecting anti-roll torsion bar was simulated by ABAQUS software,which was shown being correct and reliable by comparing the results with the experiment.With using of sub-model,the local stress distribution of the spline was obtained.The results indicated that simplifying the contact relation of the entirety model could reduce the computational cost and increase analysis efficiency,and the sub-model solution solved the problems of too much grid need to calculate,long calculate time and the poor convergence.The accurate stress results provided strong support for the fatigue analysis and the extraction of the fatigue failure mode of the torsion bar system.
