微内容分层聚合及在数字参考咨询中的应用

Micro-content Aggregation Layer and the Application to the Digital Reference

针对微内容形式多样、聚合困难的问题,借鉴文献分类的思想,将微内容分成四个层次(零次微内容、一次微内容、二次微内容、三次微内容),基于每个层次探讨微内容的聚合,并采用这种分层聚合的思想探讨微内容聚合应用于数字参考咨询服务的优势和实践,以期提高数字参考咨询服务的质量和效率。

Focusing on the problems of microcontent, such as different expression and difficulty in content aggregation, mieroeontent can be divided into four levels based on the document classification theory. Microcontent aggregation is disscussed in this paper for each level, and the advantage and practice of application in digital reference services is discussed to improve the quality and efficiency of digital reference services.
