摘要
介绍了山西阳泉市打造绿色山城的实践经验。坚持以绿色发展为引领,把环境优先、生态立市作为转型跨越发展的重大战略;以全域覆盖为目标,注重整体推进,优化转型跨越发展的绿色环境;以激发动力为支撑,创新方式方法,聚集社会合力,建立健全转型跨越发展的绿色保障机制,逐步形成了一整套保障林绿化工作环环相扣、步步深入的方式方法和运行机制。
The paper introduces the experience of Yangquan City to build a green mountain.Adhere to green development for the lead,the environmental priorities,and ecological building up the city as a transformation across the development of major strategic;with global coverage for the target,focusing on overall progress,optimize the transformation of leapfrog development for the green environment;to stimulate motivation to support innovative ways,gathered social force,establish and improve the green development across the transition safeguard mechanism to protect forests and gradually formed a set of interlocking greening work,step by step in depth the ways and means and operation mechanism.
