聚丙烯/正辛基POSS纳米复合材料流变、力学性能与结晶行为

摘要 为研究正辛基笼形倍半硅氧烷(O-POSS)对等规聚丙烯(iPP)的改性作用,合成了O-POSS并将其与iPP共混制备了iPP/O-POSS纳米复合材料,研究了O-POSS含量对复合材料的流变性、力学性能和结晶行为的影响。结果表明,O-POSS的加入可改善iPP的流动性,熔体假塑性增强;加入O-POSS后复合材料的球晶尺寸变小,熔点和结晶度提高,且有助于改善材料的力学性能,O-POSS含量为4%~6%(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料有较好的力学性能。 N-octyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (O-POSS) was synthesized and introduced into iPP forming nanocomposites. The rheological, mechanical, and crystallization behaviors and properties of the composites were investigated. It showed that O-POSS improved the rheological behavior, increased the crystallinity and melting temperature of iPP. When the amount of O-POSS was between 4 % and 6 % , the composites gave rise to excellent mechanical properties.
