提高人口统计数据质量的对策研究——以人口迁移统计为例

Study of the Countermeasures to improve the Quality of China's Population Statistic Data——A Case of Migration Statistics

我国人口统计数据主要来源于日常统计工作报表、统计抽样调查与普查,而关于人口迁移统计数据的采集主要集中于统计部门、公安部门和计生部门。本文通过这三大部门涉及人口迁移统计项目与内容的系统梳理,探析影响我国人口迁移统计数据质量的原因,据此提出提高人口迁移统计数据质量的对策建议。

The population statistic data in China mainly come from daily statistics statements, statistical sampling survey and census. However, the collecting of the population migration statistics is primarily in three departments： statistics department, police department and family planning department. The paper combs the statistical items and content of population migration in the three departments systematically, analyzing the reasons for affecting the quality of migration data. Accordingly the countermeasures are proposed to improve the quality of statistical data on migration.
