摘要
针对无线通信网络覆盖范围小、稳定性差、带宽低等问题,提出一种基于多模自适应无线通信技术的移动应急指挥系统设计方法。方法采用WiFi、多模3G以及卫星通信三模自适应通信技术,可同时接入CDMA2000、WCDMA和TD-SCDMA三种3G网络,利用多路同传、负载均衡策略实现多种异构无线通信网络的融合。采用此技术对移动应急指挥系统的无线通信网络进行优化,结果表明,增强了移动应急指挥系统对网络环境的适应性,提高了无线通信网络的传输带宽,保证了移动应急指挥系统的稳定性、可靠性和实时性。
In view of small coverage area, poor stability, low-bandwidth of wireless communication network, we propose a multi-mode adaptive wireless communication technology based mobile emergency command system design. The method uses WIFI, muhi-mode 3G and tri-mode adaptive satellite communication technology, which can access to CDMA2000, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA. Multiple simultaneous load balancing strategy is employed to achieve a combination of variety of heterogeneous wireless communication networks. This technology is used to optimize the wireless communication networks of mobile emergency command system. It indicates that the adaptability of the mobile emergency response command sys- tem to the network environment is enhanced, and the transmission bandwidth of the wireless communication network is improved. It ensures a stable, reliable and real-time mobile emergency command system.
