通信网检修方式风险量化评估的研究与应用 被引量:7

摘要 随着电网对通信网安全可靠运行要求的日益提高,如何控制检修作业引发的风险成为从业者研究的热门课题。文章分析了电力通信网的运行风险,引入概率风险评估的思想。应用优化的概率风险评估方法,对电力通信网检修方式下(即系统N-1状态下)的风险进行量化评估,确定风险等级,实现对高风险的检修项目实施风险控制,提升了电力通信网运行的可靠性,提高了电力通信网风险管理水平。 The article analyzes the operation risk of the power communication network. The Probabilistic Risk Assessment method is used to perform the quantitative risk assessment for the power communication network on maintenance operational mode. This method can determine the risk level, implement the control of high risk maintenance items, promote the credibility and risk management of the power communication network.
