电子政务促进政府管理创新

E-government to Promote Innovation in Government Management

以计算机和网络通信技术为基础电子政务,以一种全新的政府模式,带来了权力机构、行政管理方式和服务模式、官员思维方式甚至官员人数等方面的变化,本文从推行电子政务的必要性、电子政务条件下政府管理创新存在的问题和电子政务对政府管理与社会发展的意义三个方面来阐述电子政务促进政府管理创新。
