交往训练对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

Effect of communication training on social functions in patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的探讨交往训练对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法将80例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。两组均用非典型抗精神病药系统治疗,常规护理,工娱治疗。试验组在此基础上开展交往训练,干预时间为12周。用社会功能缺陷筛查量表(SDSS)和阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)分别评定患者病情和社会功能的变化。结果两组干预方法对SDSS和PANSS评分存在随时间变化的趋势,干预后评分低于干预前,多个因子分和总分、干预与时间存在交互效应且存在组间差别(P<0.01或P<0.05)。同期对照比较,SDSS除社会退缩、社会活动、自我照顾3因子外(家里活动因子在出院后1个月末),其余各因子分和总分,出院后1、6个月末试验组低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);PANSS阴性因子积分和总分,出院6个月末试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论交往训练有利于慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的恢复和保持,有利于保持病情稳定。

Objective To determine the effect of communication training on social functions in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods Totally 80 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. All the pa- tients received systematic treatment with atypical antipsychotic drugs ,usual care and entertainment therapy. In addition,the pa- tients in the experimental group received communication training for 12 weeks. The patients were assessed by Social Disability Screening Schedule（SDSS） and Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS） before and after intervention. Results There were significant time main effects and interactive effects between time and intervention in the scores of SDSS and PANSS （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The total score and other factor scores of SDSS except social regression,social activity,self-care at one month and six months after discharge ,as well as the total score and negative factor score of PANSS at six months after discharge were significantly lower in the experimental group than those of control group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion The communication training can promote the recovery and maintain of social functions in patients with chronic schizophrenia.
