摘要
目的探讨自我管理项目对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的知识、信念及行为结果的影响。方法对68例稳定期COPD患者按随机对照原则分为干预组与对照组,对干预组实施以家庭为背景的自我管理项目,对照组进行常规教育。比较干预前后两组健康知识水平、自我效能及呼吸功能改善情况。结果自我管理干预后2个月,干预组健康知识得分、自我效能及其各维度评分、呼吸困难症状评分均较对照组显著提高,干预组在干预前后各资料得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组自身比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自我管理项目可提高COPD患者健康知识水平,提高患者对症状管理的自信心,改善患者的呼吸症状。
Objective To study the effect of self-management propramme on the knowledge,beliefs and behavioral outcomes of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods Sixty-eight patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the intervention group received the self-management intervention in the families. While the control group was carried on the conventional education. Before and after intervention,the health knowledge,self-efficacy and improvement of respiratory function were compared between the two groups. Results Two months after the intervention, significant differences were found on the healthy knowledge score,the self-efficacy and its dimensions and the score of breath symptom between the two groups(P〈0.05),but no significant difference was found in the control group(P〉0.05). Conclusion The self-management propramme might enhance the health knowledge level and the self-confidence of the symptom management for COPD patients,then improved their breath symptom.
