足跟软组织缺损患者皮瓣修复术后的康复训练

Rehabilitation nursing of patients with heel soft tissue defect after skin flap repair operation

总结了足跟软组织缺损患者皮瓣修复术后的护理要点。35例足跟部软组织缺损皮瓣修复术后使用硅胶鞋垫,结合阶段性康复训练方法进行行走锻炼。随访6～12个月,无一例皮瓣发生局部溃疡,只有2例发生足跟疼痛。本组均能正常行走及负重,满足日常生活工作需要。

This paper summarizes the key points in postoperative rehabilitation nursing of patients with heel soft tissue defect after skin flap repair operation. The silicone insole was applied in the progressive rehabilitative training in walking for 35 patients with heal soft tissue defect after flap repair operation. The patients were followed-up for six months to one year. No case of local ulcer occurred and two cases suffered from heel pain. All the patients could walk normally and met the basic needs in daily living.
