Practice and inspirations of joint training program for specialized nurses in Guangdong Province cooperated with HK

介绍了广东省卫生厅与香港医院管理局进行粤港联合专科护士培养的实践过程,以及培训的成果,及其对护理管理工作的启示。认为联合培养专科护士能够进一步提高护理工作科学化、专业化水平,使患者享受到高质量、更安全的临床护理服务。

This paper introduces the practice,outcomes and inspirations of specialized nurse training program sponsored by Guangdong Health Bureau and HK Hospital Bureau. It is suggested that the joint training of specialized nurses could further improve the specialization of nursing and provide patients with high-quality and more safety nursing services.
