ICU护士胜任力现状及影响因素的研究

The level and influencing factors of competency among ICU specialized nurses

目的调查获ICU资格认证护士的胜任力现状,探讨其影响因素。方法应用自行设计的调查问卷,对13家综合性三级甲等医院获资格认证的122名ICU护士进行调查。结果 ICU护士胜任力总分为(193.24±24.65)分。影响胜任力总分的因素有职称、初始学历、ICU工作年限和获ICU资格认证年限。结论获资格认证ICU护士胜任力水平较满意,通过资格认证培训,提高了ICU护士的胜任力水平,但需提高获ICU资格认证护士的临床科研能力和职业发展能力。

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of competency among ICU specialized nurses. Methods Totally 122 ICU nurses with specialized certification from 13 general upper first-class hospitals were investigated with a selfdesigned questionnaire, Results The total score of competency was 193.24＋24.65 among the involved ICU nurses. The influencing factors of competencies included professional title,initial education,years of working experience in ICU and years of certification. Conclusions The competencies of ICU specialized nurses are relatively high, but their scientific research ability and the career development ability need to be further improved.
