穴位按摩对早期中风偏瘫患者抑郁状态的影响

Effect of point massage on the depression in early stage stroke survivors with hemiplegia

目的探讨穴位按摩对早期中风偏瘫患者抑郁状态的影响。方法 60例中风偏瘫患者按入院时间先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组在常规护理的基础上,每天进行穴位按摩;对照组只接受病房的常规护理,不进行穴位按摩。2周后比较两组抑郁情况。结果干预前两组间抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预2周后,观察组SDS得分低于干预前得分(P<0.05),且显著低于相应时间点对照组SDS得分(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩可以显著改善早期中风偏瘫患者的抑郁状态。

Objectives To evaluate the effect of point massage on the depression in early stage stroke survivors with hemiplegia. Methods Sixty stroke survivors with hemiplegia were divided into the observation group and control group according to admission time,with 30 patients in each group. All the patients received routine nursing care. In addition,patients in the observation group received point massage for two weeks. The patients were assessed with Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） before and after the intervention. Results There was no significant difference in the SDS score between the two groups before the intervention （P0.05）. After two weeks intervention,the SDS score in the observation group was significantly lower than before （P〈0.05） and that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Point massage can effectively alleviate the depression in stroke survivors with hemiplegia.
