系统构建与系统结构优化是中国职业篮球可持续发展的战略基础。运用系统科学理论、产权理论、发展战略理论对中国职业篮球管理主体的联盟性质、俱乐部产权属性、联赛体系的制度设计、制度建设的路径创新等方面进行研究,梳理出中国职业篮球系统的结构要素。"行政主导型"管理主体的联盟性质及功能完善、联赛结构的稳定性、俱乐部产权的多元性、商业资源开发的制度约束、媒体介入的政策支持、梯队建设的路径创新和制度建设的配套完善是优化中国职业篮球系统的战略对策。

Systematic construction and structural optimization are the strategic foundations of the sustainable development of Chinese professional basketball.This research involves many theories including systematic science,property right theory and development strategy,demonstrating the association characters of major management of Chinese professional basketball,property attribute of clubs,regulation design of basketball association and innovation of system construction,and then finding out structural elements of Chinese professional basketball.Finally strategies-association characters of main body of management based on ＂executive-led structure＂ and stability of basketball association structures,diversification of club＇s property right,regulation restraint of commercial development,supporting policy of media involvement,innovation of echelon construction and construction and consummation of supporting system-are provided to optimize Chinese professional basketball system.
