对我国竞技健美操混合双人成套操化动作的探究

竞技健美操混双项目是最能体现男、女运动员特征的竞赛项目。从2006-2010年三届世锦赛中我国混合双人项目的成绩来看,成套动作的完成方面是我国最突出的地方,在艺术性方面与国际高水平选手之间存在着一些差距,如何在这些环节方面处理得当赶超国际强手,是我们必须要尽快解决问题的内容。通过对2006-2010年三届世界竞技健美操锦标赛混双前三名及我国混双的成套动作进行分析,探索竞技健美操混双项目的项目特点。为我国健美操项目的技术发展贡献微薄之力。

Mixed pair of aerobic gymnastics is an event which is able to show the characteristics of male and female.By the World Championships of Aerobic Gymnastic from 2006 to 2010,we can see China＇s mixed pair has an advantage over execution.But do not have any upper hand on artistic.How to improve it and bridge the gap is the main problem which must be solved as soon as possible.The article analyzes the routines of mixed pair of top three and the team from China,World Championships of Aerobic Gymnastics 2006-2010.Research the characteristics of mixed pair.Devote to the development of China＇competitive aerobic gymnastics.
