运动竞赛焦虑预测方法的研究

Research on Prediction Methods to Competitive Anxiety

研究的目的在于通过对运动员赛前心理反应来预测运动员进入比赛情景后可能的焦虑状态,从而探讨焦虑的可预测性,并为运动员心理训练提供参考。基于现有的焦虑测量量表,本研究制定了焦虑预测量表并在部分柔道运动员和体操运动员中进行了验证性使用,结果取得了较好的信度与效度,同时证明,状态焦虑可以被预测,其与运动员的个性、特质焦虑等心理特征密切相关。

Based on present anxiety theory and existing measurement forms,a psychological scale was made up.The scale was composed by three parts,they separately concern personality,motivation and trait anxiety.The applied identification was made in gymnastic and judo professional teams.The results showed that the scale is successful with significant reliability and validity.Meanwhile,it is proved that persons＇ state anxiety is impacted by their personality,motivation towards the recent race and their trait anxiety,also proved that the individual＇ state anxiety is predictable.
