摘要
主要以问卷调查法对我院2008-2009学年的研究生课堂教学进行学生评教研究,结果表明:研究生对任课教师胜任程度给予了肯定的回答,且评价不具有下列特征:课程性质、教师职位、教师性别;任两门课程的教师的学生评价结果基本相近,任同一门课程的两名教师的学生评价结果差距各异;回归分析表明,影响总体评价的主要影响因素为:学术水平、组织严密、启发性,上课班级人数与总体评价呈负相关关系。
With the main method of questionnaire,the research on graduate evaluation of teaching during 2008-2009 had been done.The results show that(1) students gave high evaluation on teaching;there was no significant difference between courses' trait,teachers' degree and position,teachers' sex.(2) The evaluation of the same teacher on two different courses was close,and the evaluation of the two different teachers on the same course was different.(3) The regression analysis show the main factors influencing evaluation were scholar level,class organization,enlightenment of speech,the student's number in a class was negatively correlative with the evaluation.
