摘要
高校高水平运动队作为"奥运争光计划"的后备人才输送站,将对中国体育的腾飞起到举足轻重的作用。通过对不同层次高水平运动队的目标客观地认识和评价,采用目标管理[1]为高校高水平运动队的发展作到"有的放矢"。
As the talents reserve of ＂Winning Honor for Olympic Games Plan＂,the university athletes of advanced level will play an important role in the development of the Chinese athletics.Through objective understanding and evaluation of senior sports teams in different levels,the approach of Target Management was proposed to ensure that university Top-level Sports Team will be developed ＂with a clear goal＂.
