球状和六面体状预制破片穿甲数值仿真

摘要 为了论证战斗部装填六面体状预制破片的可行性,节约试验费用,缩短研制周期,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对球状和六面体状预制破片穿甲过程进行了数值仿真对比分析。数值仿真模型对球状预制破片的仿真结果与实验结果相比,比较接近试验结果,表明数值仿真模型具有一定的可信度。运用同样的数值仿真模型对六面体状预制破片穿甲过程进行数值仿真,结果显示可以满足穿甲威力要求,但与球状预制破片有很大差异。 The same warhead space, the same mass of prefabricated fragments, hexahedral-shaped prefabricated fragments filling quantity is more than spherical-shaped one. If the hexahedral-shaped prefabricated fragments can still meet the requirements of penetration, then it means that the hexahedral-shaped prefabri- cated fragments than spherical-shaped prefabricated fragments can increase the warhead power. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of warhead filled with hexahedral-shaped fragments, save test costs, shorten the development cycle, using ANSYS/LS-DYNA to numerical simulation for the spherical and hexahedral- shaped prefabricated fragments. Numerical simulation model of results for spherical-shape prefabricated fragments compared with experimental results, it is closer to the experimental results, and shows that nu- merical simulation model has some credibility. Using the same numerical simulation model to the hexahed- ral-shaped prefabricated fragments, the results show that the penetration power meets the requirement, but the numerical simulation results are very different from spherical-shaped.
