非诺贝特酯防治大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝实验研究

Experimental Study of Fenofibrate Ester on Preventing Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease in Rats

目的观察非诺贝特酯对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型的影响。方法以高脂乳液灌胃制备SD大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型,随机分为模型对照组、非诺贝特酯组和阳性对照(易善复)组,预防治疗8周后行血清、肝组织生化检测和病理学检查。结果非诺贝特酯能明显降低非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型肝组织中甘油三酯的水平,改善脂肪变性。结论非诺贝特酯对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠有较好的治疗作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of fenofibrate ester ont rat model of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）.Methods SD rat model of NAFLD was established by gastric gavage with high fat diet.Then rats with NAFLD were divided into three groups at random：model control group,fenofibrate ester group and positive control group.The detections of serology,and biochemistry and pathology of liver tissues were performed after 8-week preventive treatment.Results Fenofibrate ester obviously decreased the triglyceride level of liver tissues and improved steatosis in NAFLD rat mode1.Conclusion Fenofibrate ester has a better therapeutical effect on NAFLD rat mode1.
