2010年医院军人门诊用药分析

Analysis of Drug Utilization in Military Outpatients Department in 2010

目的调查全年军人处方,分析处方合理性和军人用药保障情况。方法利用自主开发的处方评价系统对医院2010年全年所有军人处方进行分析。结果门诊军队就诊患者以18～45岁男性为主,就诊疾病以呼吸、消化、循环系统疾病为主,抗菌药物使用率及基本药物使用率较低,但仍有进一步下降的空间。结论针对门诊军人患者的收治及用药特点,宜建立针对不同特勤任务特点的流行病学调研或监测网络,加强军队门诊医务人员的合理用药管理,特别是进行抗菌药物使用培训,以利于持续提升患者的诊疗安全和医院救治水平。

Objective To investigate the annual prescriptions in the military outpatient department in 2010 and to evaluate the rationality of prescriptions and the status of medication ensuring.Methods To analyze all the prescriptions in the military outpatient department in 2010 through independent development prescription evaluation system.Results The military outpatients were mainly male patients aged 18-45 years,with respiratory,digestive,circulatory system diseases.There was the low use rate of antimicrobials and the further reduction space existed.Conclusion Aiming at the characteristics of military outpatients,the epidemiological research or monitoring network aiming at various missions should be established.The management of rational drug use should be strengthened,especially conducting the administration and training of antimicrobials use in order to continually enhancing the diagnosis and treatment safety of patients and increase the rescuing level of hospital.
