温州市部分地区初中生意外伤害发生情况调查

Investigation on Accidental Injuries of Junior High School Students in Wenzhou

目的了解目前温州市部分地区初中生意外伤害现状,以期为教育部门制定相关政策和措施提供参考。方法采用整群分层抽样选取温州市3个区6所学校1 425名初中生作为研究对象,以自制问卷对其进行意外伤害情况调查。结果初中生意外伤害总体发生率为51.9%,男生、女生分别为54.2%和48.9%。意外伤害发生率按大小依次为刀或锐器伤(31.4%)、跌伤(29.4%)、烧烫伤(8.6%)、碰撞伤(7.8%)、异物卡喉(7.8%)、电击伤(3.9%)、眼外伤(3.5%)和食物中毒(2.7%)。男、女生在跌伤及眼外伤发生率上的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。父母文化程度不同的初中生在碰撞伤、烧烫伤、电击伤、食物中毒等伤害发生率的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。不同所属城区的初中生在碰撞伤、烧烫伤、电击伤、食物中毒等伤害的发生率上差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。不同类型学校的初中生在刀或锐器伤、碰撞伤、跌伤、异物卡喉、烧烫伤等伤害的发生率上差异有统计学意义。结论 温州市部分地区初中生意外伤害发生率较高,应加强急救知识的教育,从而达到减少意外伤害发生的目的 。

Objective To explore the current situation of accidental injuries among junior high school students in Wenzhou so as to provide basis for developing the corresponding training courses for education sectors.Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out on 1425 junior high school students from six school of three districs in Wenzhou,and the information was collected on their accidental injuries.Results The total rate of accidental injuries was 51.9% for the junior high school students.Totally 54.2% of males and 48.9% of females were injured.The incidences of eight kinds of injuries were sequenced as follows knife-cutting or sharp weapon wounds（31.4%）,injuries from falls（29.4%）,burns and scalds（8.6%）,bump（7.8%）,throat blocking（7.8%）,electrical injury（3.9%）,eye trauma（3.5%） and food poisoning（2.7%）.There was significant differences on the incidences of injuries from falls and eye trauma in the male and female junior high school students（P〈0.05）.Significant differences were detected on the incidences of bump,burns and scalds,electrical injury and food poisoning in the junior high school students＇ parents with varied education backgrounds（P〈0.05）.Significant differences were also detected on the incidences of knife-cutting or sharp weapon wounds,bump,injuries from falls,throat blocking and burns and scalds in the junior high school students from different types of schools.Conclusion The incidence of accidental injuries among junior high school students was relatively high.Injury intervention for junior high school students should focus on the emergency education to reduce the incidence of accidental injuries.
