This paper aims to the existing problem of the constant capacity capacitor reactive compensation,combines the cement plant current situation of 10kv electric power system.It makes a discussion to the grouping capacity technique of automatic reactive compensation.And then comes true 10kv electric power system reactive real-time,automatic and dynamically compensated,improves power quality and power factor of the electric power system.
