谈顶岗实习期间的学生管理

Exploration to Deal with Difficulties of Student Affairs Management in the Training Stage of Work Placements in Higher Vocational Colleges

顶岗实习是高职院校教学管理系统中的关键性教学环节,有利于学生全面了解企业的生产运作,将专业理论知识与实践相结合,是实现教育生产劳动和社会实践相结合的有效途径。笔者透过当前国内高职院校顶岗实习的微观现状来分析顶岗实习教学环节中学生管理工作存在的难点,针对难点提出了加强顶岗实习教学环节中学生管理工作的对策和思路。

Work placements are a critical training stage in the teaching management system of vocational colleges,which helps college students to learn more about the manufacturing operation in business,puts theoretical knowledge and practice together,and has been the effective method of realizing the combination of educational productive labor and social practice.This paper analyzes the difficulties of student affairs management in work placements on the base of the micro current situation of work placements in our country.Then aiming at the difficulties,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and ideas for strengthening the student affairs management in the training stage of work placements.
