高职新生职业能力现状、原因及对策——以武汉职业技术学院为例

The Status Quo,Reasons and Measures of Vocational Ability in Polytechnic Freshmen —— A Case Study of Wuhan Polytechnic

本文首先通过职业能力问卷调查,发现高职新生职业能力总体水平有待提高,缺乏优势职业素质。其中,语言表达能力和自主学习能力极为欠缺,是高职生职业能力中的短板。然后重点分析了职业能力总体水平欠缺的原因在于传统的教学模式、传统的考试文化和消极的应试教育、职业素质教育和研究起步晚。最后,提出了转变教育理念和教学模式、开设职业素质课程两种对策。

Several conclusions are drawn from a vocational ability questionnaire as following： vocational qualities of Polytechnic freshmen are quite low;dominant vocational qualities are lacked;especially,their expression ability and self-taught ability are so deficient as to be weak point of vocational qualities.The reasons behind the low quality lie in traditional teaching models,the traditional examination culture,the examination-oriented education system and the insufficient vocational education.Finally,measures should be taken,such as： altering education ideas and education models and taking vocational quality courses.
