高职院校顶岗实习的全过程质量控制

Whole Process Quality Control During the Internship of the Higher Vocational Colleges

顶岗实习是学生职业能力培养的关键环节,是高职院校实施"工学结合"人才培养模式的有效途径。本文围绕顶岗实习的核心问题———顶岗实习质量管理体系的构建,提出顶岗实习要实施事前、事中、事后全过程质量控制,事前做好充分准备,事中加强指导与实时监控,事后建立持续改进机制,并通过在线管理平台实施信息化、网络化管理。

The internship is the key period for the cultivation of the students＇ professional capability,and also the effective approach of carrying out the mode of work-integrate learning by vocational colleges.The paper mainly discusses the construction of the quality control system which is the core issue of the internship,and puts forward that the whole process quality control must be adopted including periods of the beforehand,in progress and afterwards.During the beforehand period,carefully preparation must be made;during the in progress period,importance must be given to the guide and the monitoring;during the afterwards period,the lasting improving system should be found,and to realize the information and network management through the online management system.
