摘要
目的研究医学生社交焦虑的影响因素,为该群体的心理健康教育与心理干预提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,运用社交焦虑量表(IAS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)等量表对1 600名医学生进行心理测评。结果高社交焦虑组(IAS评分≥49)、中社交焦虑组(48>IAS评分>31)与低社交焦虑组(IAS评分≤31)在人格特征、自我效能、应对方式和社会支持的不同维度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社交焦虑与神经质、消极应对呈正相关(P<0.05),与内外向、积极应对、自我效能、主观支持和支持利用度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论应根据社交焦虑的影响因素,开展针对性的心理健康教育及预防性干预。
Objective To figure out the influencing factors of social anxiety among medical students and to provid reference for psychological education and intervention among the population.Methods A total of 1 600 medical students,sampled by stratified clustering method,was surveyed using Interaction Anxiousness Scale(IAS) and other scales.Results Significant differences existed in various dimensions including personality traits,self-efficacy,coping style and social support among the high social anxiety group,the middle group and the low social anxiety group(P0.05).Social anxiety was positively correlated with nervousness and negative coping(P0.05) and negatively correlated with introversion,positive coping,self-efficacy,subjective support and support utilization(P0.05).Conclusion Psychological education and preventive interventions based on influencing factors should be carried out to reduce social anxiety.
