培养方案是人才培养的顶层设计。应用型本科专业人才培养目标来源于行业需求,如何制定出符合人才培养目标要求的培养方案至关重要。介绍了应用型本科专业人才培养方案的"倒推法"制定思路,并以我校自动化专业卓越工程师计划人才培养方案为例介绍了制定过程。

Cultivation plan is guiding principle for talent cultivation.Training target of applied-type talent cultivation comes from Industry needs.It is particularly important that how to establish a scientific cultivation plans accord with training target of applied-type talent cultivation.A new thought,called Backward Inference,is presented and is carried out on establishing of cultivation plans for automation majors.
