摘要
烧伤感染至今仍占烧伤死亡原因之首位,及早覆盖创面是预防感染的最好方法,但由于种种原因,烧伤的中、后期常暴露大片具有不同程度感染的肉芽创面,随着时间的推延,植皮成活递减,不仅敞开感染之门。
The first dead cause of the patsents with
burn is still the infection. The best method
is to prevent the infection with covering the
wound in time. Within the middle and later
course the sucess rate of the skin graft is lo-
wer, not only leading to isfection but also
to threaten the life of the petients. So that
we randomly chose thirty patient from 2 to 10
month in 1986, in order to explain the sucess-
rate of the skin Autograft is related to the
bacteral infection.
We foumd the staphylococcus aureus and
pseudomonas aeruginosa were involved in the
sucess rate of skin graft, the numbers of the
bacterium were importrnt too.
This paper presents the principles of the
antibiotics managment before the skin trans-
planation.
