摘要
国际对教师教育关注的转向:由个体到群体。教师专业社群的特征有:尊重与信任的培养;学习共同体的建立;真实的教学情境;在组织学习中提升。对教师专业社群作为教师专业发展的组织载体的研究,拓展了教师教育的研究视野。
Internationally focus on teacher education have changee from individual to community. The target of teacher professional communities is the whole development and the practice of teacher training. Teacher professional communities is the new trend of teacher education.
