摘要
教师反思不仅需要理论知识和经验,同时需要接受和应用反思的态度。教师的反思态度影响其反思倾向,反思倾向决定其反思水平。因此,可以通过对教师反思态度的培养来影响教师的反思倾向,进而提高教师的反思水平、专业素质以及教育教学水平。
Teacher reflection not only needs theoretical knowledge and experience but also needs to accept and apply the attitude of reflection. The teacher' s attitude to reflection has an effect on his/her tendency of reflection, and the tendency decides his level of reflection. Therefore, the teacher' s reflective tendency can be influenced through fostering his/her reflective attitude. Thus we can further improve his/her level of reflection, professional quality and the teaching level.
