On the Connotation,Value and Implementation of the Case Training

摘要 教师培训是教师教育的重要内涵,也是考量教师教育质量和水平的重要因素。过去的教师培训,一般是采用讲座或学科教学的方式,这种培训对于教师系统地掌握某一方面或某一领域的知识以及开阔眼界来说是合适的,但由于这种方式及其所承载的内容远离教师真实的工作情景,对研究的问题缺乏针对性,对受训的教师缺乏吸引力而常常显得效率不高。教师需要通过对具体的教学案例进行分析、探讨、反思,来提升教育理念,丰富教学经验,从而转化为自觉的教学行为。本文试图对教师教育中案例培训的内涵、价值以及实施进行分析,以飨读者。 Teacher training is the important connotation of teacher education, as well as the important element of assessing the teaching quality and level of teachers. The way of giving lectures and teaching is usually adopted in teacher training, which is suitable for the teachers to grasp some aspects or fields of knowledge and expand their horizons. However, this way and the content carried on this way are far from the real work of teachers and lack pertinence on research issues, so it lack attractiveness for the teachers and always seems to be inefficient. Teachers are required to improve their teaching concepts and enrich their teaching experiences through analyzing, discussing, reviewing on teaching cases, which can be transformed into self - conscious teaching activities. This article attempts to analyze the connotation, value and implementation of the case training in teacher education for the sake of enjoying the readers.
