格列美脲与格列齐特治疗2型糖尿病的对比研究

COMPARED RESEARCH ON GLIMEPIRIDE AND GLICLAZIDE FOR TREATING DIABETES MELLITUS TYPE 2

目的观察格列美脲与格列齐特治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及不良反应。方法对98例新诊断的2型糖尿病患者随机分为格列美脲组48例和格列齐特组50例,治疗组给予格列美脲治疗,对照组格列齐特治疗,疗程为8 w,比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)的变化以及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为97.9%,对照组总有效率为88.0%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。两组治疗8 w后,FBG、2hPBG、HbAlc均明显降低(p<0.05),且治疗组下降更明显,但两组间治疗前或治疗后分别比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。治疗组共计出现低血糖、头痛、腹痛、脐部不适3例,经对症处理后明显好转,不良反应的发生率6.3%,对照组出现出现头晕、胃部不适等共8例,不良反应的发生率为16.0%,经对症处理后均缓解或消失。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病疗效较好,不良反应发生率低,可明显降低FBG、2hPBG、HbAlc,是一种值得临床推广的安全、有效、理想的降糖药物。

Objective Observe the therapeutic and adverse effect of glimepiride and gliclazide for treating diabetes mellitus type 2. Methods 98 cases of newly diagnosed diabetes mellitus type2 patients were classified as glimepiride group（48 cases） and gliclazide group（50 cases） at random.With a therapeutic period of 8 months,glimepiride group as therapeutic group and gliclazide group as control group,we compare the FBG,2hPBG and HbAlc of the two groups,as well as the adverse effect, Results The total effective rate of therapeutic group is 97.9%,and the control group is 88%,the difference between the two groups is of statistic meaning（p0.05）,after 8month＇s therapy,the FBG、2hPBG and HbAlc of the two groups drop obviously,and the therapeutic group is more obviously,but there is no statistic meaning between the two groups before and after treatment（p0.05）,hypoglycemia,headache,abdominalgia and umbilical region discomfort occur in 3 cases in therapeutic group,the adverse effect rate is 6.3%,dizziness and Stomach discomfort occur in 8 cases in control group,which relieved after allopathic treatment,the difference of adverse effect between the two groups is of statistic meaning（p0.05）. Conclusion Glimepiride is effective for treating diabetes mellitus type 2 and has a low adverse effect rate.It can lower the FBG、2hPBG、HbAlc obviously and it is a safe,effective and ideal drug for lowering blood glucose that worth widely spread clinically.
