亚运院前急救中场馆医疗保障的组织与实施

THE ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PREHOSPITAL MEDICAL SERVICE IN GUANGZHOU ASIAN GAMES VENUE

目的为保障2010年广州亚运、亚残运会的顺利完成,开展完善的院前急救场馆医疗保障工作。方法通过射箭场馆医疗保障的组织与管理,具体包括形成科学的医疗保障队的架构、明确场馆院前急救医疗服务对象与任务、合理进行医疗站点布局、人员设置与装备配备和有效地进行信息管理。结果在近40 d的医疗保障工作中共接诊148人次,其中内科、外科及其他系统疾病分别占42.6%、44.6%和12.8%;场馆伤病员身份情况包括各国运动员、亚奥理事会大家庭贵宾、工作人员和志愿者及观众,他们分别占7.4%、4.1%及88.5%;医疗保障工作做到了零漏诊、零差错、零投诉。结论合理的场馆医疗站点布局、关注医疗服务的特殊性、尊重和保护患者的隐私权、注重建立高效医疗团队、完善的工作指引及落实好志愿者的培训和演练是顺利完成医疗服务任务的关键。

Objective Aimed to insure that Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games could be accomplished successfully to develop perfect prehospital medical service. Methods A retrospective analysis of the organization and management of prehospital medical service in Guangzhou Asian Games Archery Venue,including scientific framework,definitude the objectives and tasks of medical service,reasonable the position of medical station and the composition of medical staff,effective information management. Results There were 148 patients to see the doctor during the forty days.The percentage of medicine,surgery and other disease were 42.6%,44.6% and 12.8%,respectively.The percentage of the identification of the patients included athlete,member of Olympic Council of Asia,Staff and volunteers were 7.4%,4.1% and 88.5%,respectively.We achieve zero missed diagnosis,zero error and zero complaint. Conclusion The key to accomplish prehospital medical service successfully depend on reasonably position the medical station,paying more attention to the specialty of medical service,protecting the right of patients＇ privacy,building effective medical team,establish perfect instruction and training the volunteers.
