Research on AHP-based safety evaluation index system for ships carrying solid bulk cargoes

文中研究借鉴《IMSBC》的要求,将影响船载固体散货运输安全的因素分为三大类,应用层次分析法构建了固体散货运输安全评价指标体系,并结合实例进行了说明,为解决固体散货船舶监管问题提供了一个全新的思路。

This paper, based on the requirements of IMSBC Code, divides the factors which affect the maritime solid bulk cargo transport safety into three categories, then uses AHP to build a maritime solid bulk cargo transport safety index system, and describes the system with examples. The research provides a new thinking for solving the issues relating to control and monitoring of maritime solid bulk cargoes.
