改良的经峡部入路治疗腰椎间盘突出症

摘要 目的总结改良的经腰椎峡部入路方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用结果。方法 2005年1月至2009年12月,采用改良的经峡部入路方法治疗132例腰椎间盘突出症患者。男89例,女43例;年龄32~58岁,平均46岁。结果本组患者术后无神经损伤并发症,无伤口感染。术后随访22~52个月,平均36个月。术后根据MacNab腰腿痛手术治疗评定标准进行疗效评定,优良率为96%。未发生与手术相关的并发症。结论采用改良的经腰椎峡部入路可较容易进入椎管和侧隐窝,利于行神经根减压,是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的安全有效方法。
