摘要 念珠菌感染,特别是深部组织的念珠菌感染多发生于免疫抑制人群或较大的手术、创伤以后的患者。重症监护病房(ICU)患者由于原发疾病重,可能存在诸多危险因素,如创伤性诊疗操作多,是深部真菌尤其是深部念珠菌感染的高发人群。虽然抗真菌药物与20世纪相比,已经让我们有更多选择,
