摘要
目的探讨综合康复治疗对脑卒中患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法 60例脑卒中患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,分别采用综合康复治疗和常规神经生理学方法治疗,在治疗前、治疗3个月后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定进行评价。结果两组患者治疗后运动功能均有明显改善(P<0.01);实验组运动功能恢复优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合康复治疗对脑卒中患者运动功能的恢复有促进作用。
Objective To explore the comprehensive rehabilitation on motor function after stroke.Methods 60 stroke patients were divided into 2 groups（n=30） who respectively accepted normal neurodevelopment therapy（control group） and comprehensive rehabilitation（experimental group） for 3 months.They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment（FMA） before and 3 months after the treatment.Results There was significant improvement in both groups after treatments（P〈0.01）,and it was more in the experimental group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the motor function after stroke.
