摘要
目的探讨康复训练对住院精神分裂症患者阴性症状的影响。方法 2008年3月1日~10月31日本院收治精神分裂症患者70例,分为对照组（n=35）和观察组（n=35）。两组均使用抗精神病药,对照组采用精神科护理常规;观察组在此基础上实施针对性的康复训练。运用阴性症状评定量表（SANS）和住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表（IPROS）对康复训练效果进行评定。结果与对照组相比,观察组兴趣缺乏、注意障碍、生活能力、社交能力及关心和兴趣等改善（P〈0.05）。结论在住院期间对精神分裂症患者进行康复训练,能提高患者在住院期间社会功能。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training on negative symptom of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 70 schizophrenics were divided into control group（n=35） and observation group（n=35）.Both groups took antipsychotics.The control group received routine psychiatric nursing,and the observation group received targeted rehabilitation training additionally.The rehabilitation effect was assessed by Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms（SANS） and Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scale（IPROS）.Results The scores of lack of interest,attention dysfunction,ability of daily life,social function,concern and interest were lower in observation group than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Rehabilitation training during hospitalization can improve the social function of schizophrenics.
