Mechanisms of Interests Coordination for following the Trend toward Harmonious Development of Relations among Ethnic groups in China's Urban Areas

民族利益是多民族国家政治生活中不可忽视的利益关系之一。随着城市化进程的加快,不仅不同民族成员的居住场域发生了变化,而且其生活方式和族际互动方式也在发生变化。城市化进程中城市民族关系的和谐发展,必然涉及到民族利益关系的有效协调,而要有效协调城市民族利益关系,就必须构建长效的民族利益关系协调机制。

Interests of ethnic groups are one that can＇t be ignored in the political life of the country with various ethnic groups. With the fast urbanization process, changes take place in residential are- as, lifestyles and interactive modes of various ethnic groups. Harmonious development among ethnic groups in the urbanization process inevitably involves effective coordination of the interests of ethnic groups. To serve the purpose of effective coordination of the interests of ethnic groups in cities, long --term coordination mechanisms have to be established.
