对吴考槃教授研究《金匮要略》学术思想进行探讨,主要体现在对该书沿革的详细考证;认为篇目分合的关键是对疾病的发展及方药的出入异同必须得其要旨,寻其底蕴;认为该书是承接《伤寒论》而论述杂病的方书,是由伤寒联系到杂病,每篇上下衔接处,前后呼应具一定章法和层次。还提出学好掌握《金匮要略》的方法,必须理解弄清每篇杂病的题义,掌握方证的要领不仅是病同治同,病异治异,更是突出其病同治异,病异治同的变法。

To explore Professor WU Kao-pan＇s academic thought of studying Medical Treasures of the Golden Chamber,which mainly focuses on the evolution of the book.It is believed that the key for dividing each chapter is to master the major idea and find the inside information of the similarity and differences of formulae and the disease development.The book is considered to be a book that continues illustrating miscellaneous diseases after Treatise on Fevers,connecting typhoid with miscellaneous diseases,with joined orderly ways and arrangement of ideas between each paragraph.Pro.Wu also proposed the way to better master Medical Treasures of the Golden Chamber,which is to fully understand the title meaning of each miscellaneous disease and the key to master prescription-syndrome not only includes different treatments for the same disease and the same treatment for different diseases,but also the alternation approach within it.
