摘要
目的建立大柴胡颗粒中芍药苷的高效液相含量测定方法。方法 C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈:0.1%冰醋酸梯度洗脱;流速:0.8mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:230nm。结果芍药苷在160~502ng(r=0.9999)之间呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.55%,RSD为2.03%。结论该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可以作为大柴胡颗粒中芍药苷含量测定方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC determination of peoniflorin in Dachaihu Granules.METHODS C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used under the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.Gradient separated method was applied as well.The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ and the detection wave length was 230 nm.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship at the ranges of 160~502 ng for Luteolin(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 97.55% with relative standard deviation(RSD) of 2.03%.CONCLUSION This method is accurate and reproducible for the determination of peoniflorin in Dachaihu Granules.
